A UK based commercial bank needed an enterprise wide solution to improve the delivery of technology solutions to the business areas. Over 1500 personnel would be impacted across the globe, with varying time-zones and cultures to be factored into the planning.
The foundation for the program was established with process, roles and tools for the program and at team level. The execution of a large scale Agile program was led across the enterprise and Agile engineering piloted across the globe to achieve high quality delivery at a faster rate.
Guidance and coaching was provided to enable the set-up of a DevOps engineering eco-system.
The change in working practises increased collaboration and a SAFe pattern for Digital Channel portfolio was deployed, with a standardised RTC also supporting a SAFe way of working.
Teams were scaled at different locations by distributing Agile, and Lean Agile budgeting enabled faster project kick-start.
